It has been an awful long time since I have either submitted either an image or a blog entry. The real world has been keeping me very busy as of late.

I have been quite successful at my web design business and have since taken up managing my family's Saugus restaurant on Sundays. I have also since moved into a place of my own, a nice one floor condo in the same condo complex in Tewksbury that two of my brothers live at. I have also become an uncle! My younger brother's wife gave birth in early June to an adorable baby boy!

I have not found much time to sit down and draw, as most of my creative energies have been channeled into making web sites for my customers. I hope to get back to the drawing board someday soon.

I have found myself taking great images with my camera, though. I intend to put some of these up soon.

As you can see, I now have one photo available as a print. If you like it, please show your appreciation by buying one.

I will be starting computer camp again starting next week, so I hope you can wish me luck. I will be try to be more frequent with my updates.

Untill, then.

Dan

Hello everybody! Added a new photo and will try to add a new Christmas themed picture soon.

Book Recommendation:

Just finished reading The Atrocity Archives by Charles Ross. The premise is this: What if Alan Turing, the renowned scientist whose work laid the foundation for computer science, had discovered one more equation before his death? An equation which computed and given form through energy was in fact a magic spell? A spell that, with modification, could breach the walls of time/space, summon beings that can only be described as demons, channel magical effects or bring in the very beings that H. P. Lovecraft described in lurid detail in his greatest works of cosmic horror?

And what if there was a secret government agency dedicated to stopping cold anybody who on purpose or by accident anybody who finds and uses these equations?

Welcome to The Laundry, the UK's top secret agency dedicated to just that!

I don't want to give away the whole story, you really should check out this novel, a great cross of spy novel and horror novel. Totally check it out!

Oh, and there is a sequel. I'll let you know.

Hey Everybody!

Thanks for getting me up to almost 10,000 hits! I'm impressed!

I promise to try to make something great to celebrate this as well as try to add more to this space.

Later.

It's been a while since I've updated anything here on this space. The real world has kept me busy these last few months. I've done my full month at ID Camps teaching video game design to kids, took over Sundays at my family's Saugus restaurant, gained more web design clients and my biggest event, bought my own condo!

As a result, I haven't done a lot of drawing, but with my digital camera, I've made a point to try to take "artistic" photos of things I find visually cool or interesting.

I've posted a few to get started. I hope you like what you see.

All photos were taken with my Canon Powershot SD630.

I'm back for real this time. My web design buisness has picked up in a big way since December. But it's cut into any time I could dedicate to new drawings. It's just as well, as most of my creativie juices have been directed towards making web sites. However since I got my Canon PowerShot camera for Christmas, I've been taking it around taking any pictures I find cool.

So the next series of submissions you'll see here will be photos I've taken between December and now. Hope you like them!
